
This Tuesday, February 25, the Collective Transportation System (STC) Metro of Mexico City (CDMX) is experiencing issues with the progress of some of its lines.
On Line 12, trains are running full and with difficulties in their progress, leading to chaos in some stations. Precautions are recommended or alternative routes should be sought.
On Line A, delays of up to 15 minutes are reported without specific breakdowns. The waiting time is between five and six minutes.
Line 6 maintains stable service but with high user demand. On Line 7, despite the high influx of citizens, the trains are progressing adequately, although caution is advised.
Meanwhile, Line 8 shows slow train progress, with delays of more than 15 minutes. On Line B, the removal of a train has caused chaos at several stations, so alternative options are recommended.
Regarding Line 1, slow train progress is reported, causing congestion in some stations and an estimated wait time of more than seven minutes. On Line 2, the high passenger demand causes congestion at Hidalgo and on the trains, so caution is advised.
On Line 3, the departure of units from Indios Verdes is slow, resulting in waits of more than eight minutes in some cases. Line 4 has stable service and low demand, while Line 5 shows high demand at several stations, recommending the use of alternative routes.
On Line 9, the service is good and trains are moving normally, but maximum passenger demand is reported, with waits of over 10 minutes. It is suggested to consider other routes under this situation.
